Featuring a theme of "Rock Your Business, Rock Your World," the event will welcome hundreds of Authoria customers, partners, and prospects, as well as industry experts to the famed Doral Golf Resort in Miami, Florida, April 13-15.

Celebrating its tenth anniversary, the Conference will feature executive presentations from Authoria customer organizations including Alcon, Aetna, Development Dimensions International, Inc. In his keynote titled "An Alternative Leadership Model for the 21st Century: Keeping your Sanity, Sense of Humor and Soul in the Workplace," Moore will discuss the changing role of leadership in a turbulent and unforgiving business environment.

A special conference track titled "Best Practices for Integrated Talent Management" will be presented by Knowledge Infusion, a recognized consulting authority on human resources, talent management, and emerging technology solutions. Knowledge Infusion CEO Jason Averbook and President Heidi Spirgi will lead a series of sessions on using a holistic people/process/technology approach to ensure that talent-management initiatives drive business results.
