At the HR Technology Conference & Expo, Authoria, Inc., the leader in integrated talent management solutions, today introduced a new version of Authoria Recruiting. The new release improves upon Authoria’s ground-breaking innovations in tracking and measuring Quality of Hire, by empowering hiring managers and recruiters to better define hiring requirements and by extending the hiring process to include participants who don’t use a dedicated recruiting solution.
The new Authoria Recruiting is a core component of Authoria Talent Management, the industry-leading suite of integrated talent-management products for recruiting, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and benefit/policy communications.

The major areas of enhancement in Authoria Recruiting include:
