New Authoria Product Capabilities Drive Pay-for-Performance Initiatives

Integrated Authoria Performance Advisor and Compensation Advisor Solution Aids Development and Retention of Top Employees

Authoria, Inc., a leader in strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, today announced the immediate availability of its new integrated performance and compensation solution, Authoria Performance Advisor™ version 7.0 and Compensation Advisor™ version 7.0 Performance Advisor allows companies to systematically identify, develop and reward their top employees while Compensation Advisor helps attract and retain key talent through implementation of a comprehensive compensation strategy.  In addition, when combined with Authoria’s Manager Advisor™ and Employee Advisor™ solutions, Authoria’s new suite of solutions helps companies effectively address their strategic pay-for-performance initiatives, improving productivity and driving bottom line results.

The Authoria Advisor Series blends a powerful suite of enterprise performance and compensation solutions with Authoria Manager Advisor and Employee Manager solutions, (just-in-time knowledge and coaching for managers and employees), helping companies address communication, compliance, compensation, and performance enterprise-wide. Employee Advisor and Manager Advisor are Web-based solutions that present managers and employees with a single access point for information, providing just-in-time knowledge and coaching on a company’s policies and programs while also capturing analytics and trends.  No other products impart context sensitive and personalized information that can reduce the risk of managerial errors and provide compliance tracking as well as provide employees and managers with the information they need to solve specific business and personal needs.

• Financial data import and validation
• Standard bonus and stock export utilities

In addition to the functionality enhancements to the new applications, Authoria has added new workflow functionality to manage the data collection, review and approval processes; customizable email triggers; audit trail capabilities; new search, report, user and administrator interfaces; and new security upgrades.

Available immediately, Authoria’s Performance Advisor and Compensation Advisor modules are currently shipping to customers.  Pricing is based on the number of employees.
