Blank Rome LLP announced today that it has chosen Authoria, Inc., a leading vendor of talent management solutions, to implement a suite of web-based, integrated talent management software products to enhance the Firm’s recruiting, professional development, compensation and retention efforts.  These new tools will enable Blank Rome to better align the talent management process with the Firm’s overall strategic business initiatives.
