Authoria, Inc., the world leader in personalized, Web-based human resource communication, today unveiled its 2003 Customer Advisory Council, a select group of HR professionals representing a cross-section of Authoria customers including Alliant Techsystems (ATK), American Family Insurance, Boston Scientific, and Motorola. The Customer Advisory Council (CAC) was founded in 2000 by Gary McNeil, Authoria's Vice President of Marketing, with the goal of developing meaningful customer involvement on product and marketing initiatives. McNeil convenes the CAC three times a year, and works with the group to set the agenda for the company's annual user conference, Authoria Knowledge World.
