Authoria to Demonstrate Integrated Talent Management Success at HR Technology Conference

Advances Quality of Hire with Authoria Recruiting; Competes in First-Ever Integrated Performance & Recruiting Shootout; Showcases Integrated Talent Management Strategy with Leading Financial Services Client

Chicago, IL – October 10, 2007 –

Authoria, Inc., the leader in integrated talent management solutions, today highlighted the company’s presence at this year’s HR Technology Conference and Expo. Through featured presentations and a new-product introduction, the company will demonstrate the advantages of its integrated approach to the talent-management lifecycle, from recruiting through succession planning. Additionally, Authoria will provide a model of strategic implementation of integrated talent management, in a joint presentation with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.

Authoria’s participation in the two-day conference includes:

  • New Release of Authoria Recruiting: The latest version of Authoria’s next-generation recruiting solution expands on the company’s pioneering innovations in tracking and measuring “Quality of Hire.” New capabilities empower hiring managers and recruiters to better define hiring requirements, and extend the hiring process to include participants who don’t use a dedicated recruiting solution. The new capabilities will be on display in the Authoria booth (#412).
  • Charles Schwab – Integrated Talent Management Strategy: Chip Luman, Charles Schwab’s Senior Vice President of Shared Services and Total Rewards, and Tod Loofbourrow, Authoria’s Chairman and CEO, will explore the evolution of Schwab’s HR strategy and organization in a presentation entitled, “Charles Schwab Takes an Evolutionary Approach to Talent Management.” The presentation will take place on Wednesday, October 10, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. CDT.
  • Integrated Performance and Recruiting Shootout: Loofbourrow will demonstrate the impact of Quality of Hire in mutually strengthening the recruiting and performance-management functions, as Authoria competes in the industry’s first “Integrated Performance & Recruiting Shootout” on Thursday, October 11, at 11:00 a.m. CDT.

“The HR Technology Conference is the premier venue for HR executives and professionals to see the state of the art in technology and learn from their colleagues the best practices for success,” said Loofbourrow. “It’s a welcome opportunity for us to introduce the new release of Authoria Recruiting, which reinforces our leadership in Quality of Hire initiatives, and to demonstrate why Authoria has become the partner of choice for employers seeking to maximize the value of their talent.”
