Authoria Demonstrates Commitment to Austin, TX Presence with New Five-Year Lease

Authoria to Move into Newly Renovated Office Space in January 2006

Waltham, MA – December 12, 2005 – 

Authoria, Inc., the leader in integrated strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, today announced a long-term commitment to Austin, TX by signing a sixty month lease with Texas-based Desta Two Partnership, Ltd.

Authoria first established its Austin office with the acquisition of Austin-based Hire.com in June, 2005. In January, Authoria will move into its newly renovated 17,100 square foot offices located at Terrace II, 2700 Via Fortuna. This agreement was brokered for Authoria by the Austin office of CRESA Partners.
