Authoria Continues Investment in Authoria Recruiting with Enhanced Integration Capabilities and New Partnerships

Partnerships with PreVisor and HRWorX offer Authoria customers low cost, high-value solutions that take advantage of expanded HR-XML based integration capabilities

Waltham, MA – February 7, 2006 –

Authoria, Inc., the leader in strategic talent management solutions, has signed two new partnerships that further strengthen Authoria Recruiting, an integral part of Authoria 2006(. New partnerships with PreVisor (formerly known as Qwiz/ePredix) and HRWorX add pre-integrated functionality for Authoria customer implementations in electronic assessments, on-boarding, and online job applications.

In addition, the Authoria Business Connector Integration Platform has been greatly enhanced to include generic integration capabilities for job board aggregation, background checking, online job applications, and electronic assessments based on HR-XML standards.

These new partners join the growing Authoria Recruiting partner community, which already includes SAP (HRMS integration), Oracle/PeopleSoft (HRMS integration), BluePoint (resume scanning), eQuest (job board aggregation), Spoke, Jobster, Novotus (sourcing services), and Resume Mirror (conceptual search and resume parsing).

This commitment to HR-XML extends to the whole Authoria 2006 offering, across Performance, Succession, Salary, Incentive, Recruiting and Communications.  Authoria has been a consistent leader in the HR-XML consortium, chairing several committees over the past several years.  Customers benefit from Authoria's investment in HR technology standards through higher quality and lower cost partner integrations.

"These standards-based integration capabilities will dramatically decrease the cost and complexity of integrating with external systems," said Brian Hearing, vice president of professional services at Authoria. "Our goal is to make the multiple vendor environment work seamlessly and cost effectively. We are committed to adding value for customers through our own product enhancements and an aggressive partner strategy."

The partnership with PreVisor will provide Authoria customers the ability to easily integrate the PreVisor library of assessments at any point in the recruiting and hiring process, specific to the individual requisition.

"PreVisor's Web-delivered pre-employment testing and assessment products compliment Authoria's use of automation to enhance its customer's sourcing, recruiting and hiring business processes," said Noel Sitzmann, CEO of PreVisor, Inc. "Integrating PreVisor gives Authoria clients increased flexibility for candidate assessment, as well as opportunity to reduce the cost per hire while increasing the quality of hire."

Authoria's partnership with HRWorX enables seamless automation of the on-boarding process, which is all too often an expensive, frustrating, and error-prone activity for both employers and new employees.

"With HRWorX, we believe we can deliver the lowest cost solution to the on-boarding process," said Pete Mann, vice president of corporate development for Authoria, "Because our integrated suite automatically ties recruiting and hiring to performance, compensation and employee communications, we can take on-boarding to a more strategic level by providing immediate career planning and training recommendations for new employees. As a result, we minimize the time to productivity and maximizing new employee goodwill."
