Line-of-business managers and HR executives are increasingly recognizing the importance of integrating all aspects of talent management, to be able to drive visibility into talent gaps, pay-for-performance decisions, and the sources and attributes of successful employees. Hess Corporation, a leading global independent energy company, is leveraging integrated talent management through Authoria’s solutions. The results are enabling better decision-making, improved performance, and for employees, an enhanced experience of being part of Hess. Loofbourrow and Bohling will share approaches and experiences in optimizing the new ROI – the “Return on the Individual” -- through harnessing processes once regarded as separate, such as performance management and employee development, and measuring aspects of the workforce that span the talent-management lifecycle.
