Authoria CEO to Present with PepsiAmericas at HR Technology Conference

Authoria, Inc., the leader in integrated strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, today announced that CEO Tod Loofbourrow will be presenting at the HR Technology Conference & Exposition alongside Dana Sacks, vice president of compensation, benefits and HRIS, PepsiAmericas.

The presentation, titled “Delivering Pay-for-Performance Success at PepsiAmericas” will take place on Friday, October 21st from 9:00 – 10:15 a.m.  Sacks will explain how PepsiAmericas has successfully used Authoria’s integrated Human Capital Management (HCM) on-demand software solution to deliver performance management linked to merit pay and to meet the communication challenges among 15,000 managers and employees that PepsiAmericas faced when it was formed through the merger of three separate entities. 

In addition, Authoria will compete with other leading HCM vendors in the industry’s first integrated performance & compensation management shootout on Thursday, October 20th 11:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. The competition will focus on what it takes to realize the full business benefits from integrating Performance Management and Compensation Management.

HR Technology will be held at the McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. It is a three-day event focusing on how technology can contribute to human resources’ value proposition.
