Waltham, MA – March 19, 2007 –
Authoria, Inc. marked its tenth anniversary by consolidating its leadership position in the fast-growing market for integrated talent management (ITM) solutions. The company completed 2006 with 42-percent year-on-year growth in recurring revenue, as well as 47-percent growth in the second half of 2006 in new customers alone. In addition, almost 40 of the company’s 300-plus enterprise customers now use three or more Authoria solutions for critical talent management functions such as recruiting, performance management, compensation, and succession planning – an industry high for integrated talent management.
In the fourth quarter of 2006, the company delivered Authoria Recruiting 2007, an innovative solution to the challenge of talent acquisition that emphasizes the ability to track and measure quality of hire, as well as the traditional staffing metrics of time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
“2006 saw an explosion in the adoption of a more integrated approach to talent management,” said Tod Loofbourrow, Chairman and CEO of Authoria. “Successful organizations recognize that a silo-to-silo approach to managing their talent no longer works. Authoria’s integrated solutions enable HR executives and line-of-business managers to better leverage talent for bottom-line business results, through cross-functional initiatives such as pay for performance, performance-based hiring, and leadership development.”
“As we mark our tenth anniversary, Authoria continues to draw on distinctive strengths – the breadth and depth of our talent management solutions, our focus on improving the end-user’s experience of talent management, and unmatched expertise in solving the complex problems of the world’s most demanding employers, “ Loofbourrow continued. “We are excited by the opportunity to extend our track record of innovation for the benefit of customers, and our leadership in talent management, in 2007 and beyond.”
