Authoria Appoints Nina McIntyre as Senior Vice President of Marketing

Top Strategic Software Executive Brings to Authoria Her Extensive Experience with Centive, and Lotus/IBM

Waltham, MA – January 9, 2006 – 

Authoria, Inc., provider of strategic Talent Management solutions, today announced that Nina McIntyre has been appointed Senior Vice President of Marketing, reporting directly to Tod Loofbourrow, Authoria's CEO.  McIntyre will be responsible for strategic marketing direction and implementation of Authoria's overall marketing activities.

Most recently, McIntyre served as Vice President of Marketing at Kubi Software where she launched an award-winning collaboration product line.  Prior to Kubi, McIntyre was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Strategic Alliances at Centive, where she helped define the Enterprise Incentive Management market category, achieving vision leadership designation for Centive in Gartner's Magic Quadrant.

McIntyre has also held executive positions at Invention Machine, where she served as Chief Operating Officer, and at Lotus/IBM.  While at Lotus/IBM, she was General Manager of a $230 million product line, which included all calendaring and scheduling products within Lotus Notes, and served as Director of Spreadsheet Product Management.
