Authoria Announces Sixth Annual User Conference

Authoria, Inc., the leader in personalized, Web-based human resource communication, today announced its sixth annual user conference will take place May 16-19, 2004 at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf hotel in Boston, Massachusetts. Corporate leaders and organizational development executives from world-class organizations, as well as Authoria business partners and associates, will attend the conference.  The conference will include a wide range of in-depth tracks, one-on-one sessions with Authoria experts and partners, focused case studies and opportunities for attendees to discuss industry trends and exchange ideas.

With more than 25 years of experience in human resources and leadership development, Richard Bellingham, Ed.D. will deliver the keynote address.  Dr. Bellingham has consulted with over 200 companies worldwide and has held executive positions within major corporations including; Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), Genzyme Corporation and Northern Telecom.  Dr. Bellingham is currently the CEO and founder of iobility, a consulting firm specializing in aligning people and organizations with corporate objectives. Dr. Bellingham will focus on how to maximize corporate and employee productivity to drive business value and how to improve service to employees in order to positively affect employee morale and retention.  A widely published author, Dr. Bellingham has written over 50 books, articles, manuals, and training guides dealing with human and organizational capital development and measurement.
