Authoria Announces Connector Suite For Peoplesoft

Authoria, Inc., a world leader in personalized human resource communication, today officially announced the availability of its Connector Suite for PeopleSoft.  The Authoria Connector Suite for PeopleSoft includes the existing integration capabilities of the Data Connector, plus the newly PeopleSoft certified Security Connector for PeopleSoft and the Help Desk Connector for PeopleSoft.

The Security Connector will dramatically simplify the process of creating context sensitive links between PeopleSoft 8 HCM Collaborative Applications and Authoria Knowledge Applications. Leveraging and extending the power of the Security Connector, the Help Desk Connector will enable rapid joint implementations of Authoria Knowledge Applications and PeopleSoft's new HelpDesk for Human Resources solution. Dynamic, personalized answers to thousands of benefits and HR policy questions can be easily accessed from Authoria and published back to the HelpDesk for Human Resources, providing unified reporting and analysis.  Incorporating a coordinated user interface, single sign-on, seamless context and role management, and automatic entry of answers into the PeopleSoft HelpDesk application, the Help Desk Connector is a big win for joint customers.  Post call wrap-up is significantly improved and answer shopping is virtually eliminated.  Answers are accurate and consistent, and first call resolution is dramatically increased.
