Authoria, Inc., the leader in integrated strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, today announced record-breaking third quarter results (ended September 30, 2005) with an 84 percent increase in revenue over the same period last year. In addition, the company has seen a four-fold increase in the number of on-demand customer wins.
“By out-innovating the competition we are building on our profitability and continuing to build strong revenue growth, new on-demand customers, and a remarkably strong deal pipeline,” said Bill Brown, chief financial officer at Authoria. “We expect this rapid growth to continue, setting a pace for a profitable fiscal year 2005 with a run-rate in excess of $50 million.”
The third quarter included fifteen new contracts – nine with new customers and six which were expansions with existing customers – and, on average, third quarter customers employed 57,600 people. Seventy-five percent of these new deals will be delivered via Advisor On-Demand™., the company’s fully-hosted, fully-managed, secure, Internet-based solution. Today, Advisor On-Demand serves more than 3.7 million employees, making it the most widely deployed On-Demand application in the software industry. New deals for the third quarter include contracts with:
* Aetna
* County of Ventura
* Raytheon
* Safeway
Authoria also closed new deals with a national grocery chain, a large financial services organization, an energy provider, a large healthcare provider and a multinational beverage company.
In late October, the company unveiled Authoria Advisor 2006, an integrated total solution for strategic HCM. Authoria Advisor 2006 includes Performance Advisor™, Compensation Advisor™, Hire Advisor™, Manager Advisor™ and Employee Advisor™.
