Authoria Adds New Capabilities Across Entire Solution Suite

Featuring Tighter Integration, New Reports and Analytics Capabilities, and Enhanced Security

Authoria, Inc. the leader in integrated strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, today announced significant functionality and enhancements to new versions of its Authoria Advisor™ Series. The new versions are Performance Advisor™ and Compensation Advisor™ 7.0.3., Manager Advisor™ 1.1.1 and Employee Advisor™ 4.2.2.

Highlights of the new functionality include:

  • Deeper integration of Manager Advisor’s just-in-time knowledge and coaching capability within both Performance Advisor and Compensation Advisor delivering manager support in context, during the transaction process, when managers need information and guidance the most.
  • The addition of more than 30 new, out-of-the box reports and analytics that allow HR professionals to view data across their Advisor Series solutions and throughout their organizations.
  • Embedded organizational charting capability allowing managers to see complex information in a visual and easy to understand format.
  • Industry leading security (verified by third-party applications) assuring the highest level of security across all Advisor Series solutions.
  • More than 50 key legislative updates delivering Authoria customers the latest content and compliance-related information.

Manager Advisor Now Included in Performance Advisor and Compensation Advisor
In version 7.0.3, in addition to the new functionality, Manager Advisor will now be included in the Performance Advisor and Compensation Advisor solutions.
