ATK Will Use Authoria Manager Advisor™ to Support Managers and Help Integrate New Business
Authoria solution provides information managers need to successfully support corporate objectives

Authoria Manager Advisor is Authoria’s new Web-based solution that provides managers with a single access point to information providing just-in-time knowledge and coaching on a company’s policies and programs while also capturing analytics and trends. Authoria’s innovative software saves managers time, increases productivity, and fosters manager compliance.An existing Authoria customer, ATK, has already rolled out Authoria Employee Advisor to 12,000 employees through its call center and its “Employee Solutions” portal. At the time of its initial Authoria implementation, ATK had 6,500 employees. Due to organic growth and strategic acquisitions, the company’s headcount has more than doubled, to 13,100 employees. As a result, ATK looked to Authoria to integrate disparate policies, employee benefits and compensation information quickly and accurately.
